Terms and Conditions

Please read all these terms and conditions. These relate specifically to live events on Zoom.
As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing you are not happy with.

1. Refunds are not facilitated under any circumstance. This is a limited ticketed event, therefore these tickets are none refundable and none transferrable.

2. You are responsible for attending the meeting on time. The host will offer a 10 minute grace period for your arrival, but nothing more. Your meeting will still end at the agreed scheduled time. You will be emailed a confirmation upon booking with your invite link. If you do not receive an email, you must email bookings@emeraldsun-tarot-com.stackstaging.com at least 24 hours before the event start time with the subject ‘ZOOM EVENT LINK’ to be issued your link. You must also confirm your full name and date you made the booking.

3. You must use the name that you used on your booking form to enter the Zoom event - you will not be permitted into the event if you use a different name.

4. Abuse of any form will not be tolerated during the events. If any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour is displayed, you will be removed from the event without warning and without refund.

5. If you experience technical issues which prevent you from being able to partake in the event or respond to the host, please take photographic evidence of this and submit this to bookings@emeraldsun-tarot-com.stackstaging.com immediately. You will be contacted within 48 hours reschedule a date. Should you decline this opportunity, no refund will be offered.

6. Certain questions may be refused. This includes, but is not limited to; questions relating to health, legal matters, miscarriages, health of pregnancy, infidelity, death, or anything pertaining to the private lives of anyone other than yourself. The host reserves the right to refuse to answer any questions they are uncomfortable with. No refund will be issued and you will be afforded the opportunity to change your question.

7. You must not share your link with anyone else.

8. If answers that you receive contradict previous readings you have had, you will not be offered a refund or recheck on this basis. By asking a question you have asked before, you accept that your path may have changed since then and your answer may vary.

9. You are not permitted to record the event. You may take notes for your reference, but anyone found to be recording the event will be removed without refund, and will be banned from any future paid events.
