Before You Get In Touch... Please Read This Memo

My long term followers may already know that 2025 has been the year to truly test me and take me to my limits. There have been times that I have been on my knees wondering how I'll keep this business alive... but here I am, still fighting. One day, I may feel ready to talk about what this year has involved... but I'm not quite ready for that yet, and I also feel that now isn't the right time as my circumstances are not excuses. I have let a lot of my clients down this year due to my personal circumstances, and I am doing everything I can to try and make it up to everyone.

There has likely been recheck requests that have slipped through the cracks, orders being delayed or missed due to IT errors (as well as due to battling grief and illness at times), enquiries not responded to promptly (or possibly at all)... I am sure the list goes on.
That stops now. I can't change what has happened this year, but I can turn it around from here on out. The grace I have been given by pretty much every client is INSANE. I have had pretty much ZERO complaints despite all that I have mentioned... it feels undeserved, but it is immensely appreciated.

I have created a new form for clients to fill out to get in touch with me regarding enquiries, rechecks, order updates, and more. This will hopefully allow for easier prioritisation for anyone contacting me regarding a previous order/recheck/enquiry, whilst still attending to new enquiries.

Please fill out the FIRST form if you are making a FIRST enquiry - I aim to have these responded to within 5 business days.
